Fabric questions
Which fabrics do you work with?
Polyester, cotton fleece, jersey (100% cotton and blends), French terry, sherpa, wool and wool blends, satin and 100% leather, plus other fabrics on request. Tell us what you need and we will advise.
Can you develop a custom fabric from my sample?
Yes. Send a swatch or garment and we will propose a construction, yarn and weight, then confirm it with a physical development sample before bulk production.
Do you supply fabric on its own, or only as finished garments?
We work both ways depending on the project. Tell us whether you need fabric only, or fabric plus finished garments, and we will quote accordingly.
How do you match colours?
We dye to your swatch or colour reference and send lab dips for approval, so the colour is agreed before bulk dyeing starts.
Which fabric tests do you run?
Typical checks cover weight, shrinkage, colour fastness and pilling. Share any buyer-specific test requirements in your brief.
Can you make sustainable fabrics?
Organic and recycled-content options are available for many constructions, subject to supplier availability, and claims are backed by documentation.
