Men's Apparel from sample to shipment
Good knitted apparel is decided before the first stitch: yarn choice, gauge, tension and the way a panel is shaped all show up later in how a sweater drapes, pills or keeps its form. Sovran works from your tech pack, sketch or reference garment to agree these decisions early, then proves them in a physical sample before bulk begins.
Our men's range covers crewneck and V-neck sweaters, cardigans, quarter-zips, knit polos, vests and heavier outerwear knits. Structures include plain jersey, rib, cable, jacquard and textured stitches, produced linked or fully fashioned depending on the look and cost target you set.
We advise on yarn blends for warmth, softness and durability, and on finishing steps such as washing, steaming and pressing that determine hand-feel. Measurements are verified at inline and final inspection against the approved sample so your tenth carton matches your first.
