Sportswear from sample to shipment
Sportswear lives or dies on fit under stress. Garments are stretched, washed hundreds of times and worn in heat, so seams, fabric recovery and colour stability matter as much as the design. Sovran develops performance apparel from your tech pack or reference garment, building patterns around the movement the product is meant to support.
We make tops, shorts, leggings, track jackets, jerseys and warm-up sets in knit fabrics chosen for stretch, breathability and shape retention. Flatlock and reinforced seams are used where chafing and strain concentrate, and every size in a grade run is checked against the approved sample, not just the base size.
For clubs and schools we run team programs with name and number personalisation and mixed-size packing. For fitness and athleisure brands we support small first runs so you can test a style before committing to depth. Decoration options include sublimation, heat transfer, screen print and embroidery, with placement tested on the real fabric during sampling.
