What information do you need to quote?
A tech pack or sketch, the garment type, target quantity per style, fabric preference and target delivery date. If you're unsure of any item, tell us what you do know and we'll fill in the gaps together.
Can you start from a sketch or a reference garment?
Yes. Our development team can build a pattern from a sketch, a sample you send or a full technical package, then confirm measurements with you before knitting or cutting.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimums depend on fabric, construction and decoration. We discuss options openly, including pilot runs for new labels, and confirm exact minimums in the quotation.
How does sampling work?
We make a prototype to your measurements, you test fit and feel, and we revise as needed. Once approved, that sample becomes the benchmark for production.
Do you offer private labelling and packaging?
Yes. Woven, printed and heat-seal labels, hangtags, polybags, cartons and barcode labelling can be built into the order.
How do you protect my designs?
Your designs and technical files remain yours. We handle them confidentially and can sign an NDA before you share files.
How do you control quality?
We test fabric on arrival, inspect during production, run a final inspection against the approved sample, and verify packing before shipping. Reports are available on request.
Can a third-party inspector visit?
Yes. We support buyer-nominated inspectors and can adapt our inspection schedule to their checkpoints.
Which shipping terms and destinations do you support?
We coordinate sea, air and courier freight and can quote on terms that suit you. Share your destination and we'll advise on documentation.
Can you produce sustainable or recycled-fibre garments?
Yes. Organic, recycled and certified-fibre options are available for many styles, subject to supplier availability. Claims are supported by documentation.
How long does production take?
Timelines depend on style, fabric availability and order size. We give a dated plan with your quotation and update you as milestones pass.
