Custom Hoodie Manufacturing

A hoodie is judged by weight, hand-feel and fit before a customer reads the label. Sovran builds hoodies around those signals: fabric weight chosen with you, hood shape and drawcord details prototyped, and rib quality set so cuffs and hems keep their grip after washing.

We produce pullover, zip-up, oversized, cropped and heavyweight styles in brushed fleece, French terry and loopback fabrics. Construction details such as double-layer hoods, kangaroo and zip pockets, taped necks and metal or moulded hardware are all available and tested on the sample before bulk.

Decoration is planned with the fabric in mind. Heavy embroidery needs stabilising, and large prints need the right ink and curing to stay flexible. We test placement and finish on real fabric, then lock the approved sample as the production benchmark. Garment dyeing and washing can add depth of colour and a worn-in feel.
