Sweatshirts from sample to shipment
Sweatshirts look simple, which is why small flaws are so visible: a wavy neck rib, twisted side seams or fabric that shrinks unevenly give a garment away. Sovran controls these points with pre-shrunk fabric where required, rib matched to body weight, and measurement checks after washing.
We make crewneck, quarter-zip, half-zip, raglan, oversized and boxy sweatshirts in French terry, brushed fleece and heavier loopback fabrics. Reinforced neck tape, bar-tacked stress points and clean hem finishing improve durability for everyday and workwear use.
Finishing choices shape the product: garment washing for softness, enzyme or stone wash for a lived-in look, and dye-to-match options for precise colours. For larger programs we run controlled shade approval so deliveries match across batches and re-orders.
