Manufacturing expertise, organised around your order.

Development, production, finishing and export under one account and one schedule.

Expertise

What our team brings to your project

Knit and cut-and-sew under one plan

Knitted panels, jersey and fleece garments are developed and produced against a single schedule, so fit, colour and trims are decided together instead of by separate vendors.

Pattern and sample engineering

Patterns are built from your tech pack or reference garment, graded across the size range, and proven in physical samples before bulk begins.

Fabric and yarn guidance

We advise on fibre blends, weights and structures against your price point, wash expectations and the feel your customers expect.

Decoration know-how

Embroidery, screen print, transfers and sublimation are planned for the specific fabric, so placement and durability are tested rather than assumed.

Compliance-aware production

Restricted-substance, labelling and child-safety requirements for your destination market are captured in the brief and checked during production.

Export-ready delivery

Packing, labelling, documentation and freight coordination are handled for the way your buyers receive goods.

Production workflow

Seven steps, one point of contact

  1. 01

    Consultation

We review your designs, volumes, budget and deadline, then recommend materials and a realistic schedule. You leave the call with a written scope.

  2. 02

    Sampling

Our pattern and knitting team builds a prototype to your measurements. You test fit and feel, we revise until it's right. The approved sample becomes the production reference.

  3. 03

    Material Selection

We source yarns, fabrics and trims against your approved sample, confirm colours with lab dips, and test before purchase.

  4. 04

    Production

Knitting, cutting, sewing, washing and finishing run to a scheduled plan, with regular progress reports.

  5. 05

    Quality Inspection

Inline checks catch issues early; final inspection verifies measurements, appearance and function against the approved sample.

  6. 06

    Packaging

Garments are folded, tagged and packed to your specification, with carton marks and packing lists checked against the order.

  7. 07

    Shipping

We arrange export documentation and coordinate sea, air or courier freight, then share tracking until delivery.

Quality control

Five checkpoints from yarn to carton

  1. 01

    Fabric Testing

Incoming materials are checked for weight, shrinkage, colour fastness, pilling and strength before cutting. Results are logged per batch.

  2. 02

    Inline Inspection

Inspectors audit garments during knitting and sewing, catching stitch, tension, measurement and seam issues while they are still cheap to fix.

  3. 03

    Final Inspection

Random sampling against an agreed acceptance level: measurements, appearance, labelling and function. A report is supplied; third-party inspection is welcome.

  4. 04

    Compliance Standards

We work to buyer requirements for restricted substances, labelling and child-safety regulations.

  5. 05

    Packaging Verification

Quantity, size ratio, labels, polybag warnings and carton marks are verified against the purchase order before sealing.
