Sherpa fabric
Deep-pile, soft-textured sherpa for warmth and style.
Overview
Sherpa from development to delivery
Sherpa is a textured, deep-pile fabric that looks and feels like soft wool fleece. It is warm for its weight, visually distinctive and popular for jackets, collars, hood linings and cold-weather hoodies.
Sovran Industry develops sherpa in the pile depth, density and colour your design needs, and can bond it to a knit or woven outer layer for outerwear. Colour and handle are approved on a development sample before bulk.

FAQ
Sherpa questions
Can sherpa be combined with another fabric?
Yes. Sherpa is often bonded or sewn to a fleece, terry or woven outer layer for jackets and hoodies, and we can develop the combination for you.
Does sherpa shed or pill?
Quality and finishing decide this, so we test a development sample for pilling and appearance before bulk.
