OEM production means you own the design and we own the execution. Success depends on precision: a complete tech pack, an agreed benchmark sample and clear tolerances. Sovran starts by reviewing your package for gaps, so ambiguities are resolved before they become delays or rework.
A pre-production meeting aligns pattern, fabric, trims, decoration and packing details. The approved sample is then sealed as the reference, and production is monitored against it through inline checks and final inspection, with measurement data shared in reports.
We work with brands that have established designs and quality expectations, including those who have outgrown their current supplier. A named account manager provides regular status updates, flags risks early and keeps documentation organised for reorders and audits.
